Learn DrawDay
Know the rules. Keep your codes safe. Choose whether to take part.
01
How DrawDay works
Explore a game, read its rules and choose a configured pledge amount. Approved vendors validate physical-cash plays. The server selects winners from eligible entries after the cutoff. Historical free draws keep their own rules.
02
How to play
Sign in, open a game, check its eligibility and closing time, select an amount and an approved store, and acknowledge the rules. A pending play is not yet eligible. A vendor can also record a walk-in customer’s play.
03
Pledges and vendor validation
For physical-cash games, a pledge is the amount you agree to pay in person to an approved vendor. DrawDay records the cash; it does not move or hold it. Only confirmed validation makes a paid entry eligible. There is no online checkout or wallet.
04
Vendor Codes and receipts
A permanent Vendor Code identifies a store, not a payment. A receipt code belongs to one transaction, expires and can be used once. Enter the vendor’s receipt or have the vendor validate your pending-play QR. Keep your separate entry code.
05
Maximum five plays per game
You can hold up to five active entries per game. Pending entries reserve a slot; reward entries count too. Rejected, cancelled, expired and refund-required entries release their slots. Each accepted play keeps its own unique entry code.
06
Your codes and privacy
Your eight-character Player Code is a privacy label, not a password. Every play has a separate entry code. Public reveals show masked codes, never private phone numbers, birth dates or email addresses. Do not publish receipts or claim tokens.
07
When entries close
Only validated or reward-validated entries accepted before the server cutoff enter the locked draw pool. Offline pending actions do not count until accepted. A new round never erases previous plays, codes, results or audit history.
08
Live draws and fairness
The server locks the eligible pool and randomly selects winners. Every eligible entry code has one chance; one player can win at most once per game. The race is presentation only. Results stay pending during DRAWING and appear after completion.
09
Notifications and prize claims
Check My Plays, Results and notification history after the game completes. A winner uses a separate one-time claim token or QR for verification. Admin approval comes before vendor fulfillment. Reward winners are fulfilled by the platform. Confirm receipt or open a dispute in your account.
10
Watchlist and notification controls
Sign in to save games to your Watchlist. Choose game, reminder, result and reward alerts in Notifications. Phone push is optional and asks permission only when you tap Enable notifications. Check its configuration status; SMS is not currently available.

Invite & Earn
Your personal invite link qualifies a new unique friend on their first vendor-validated paid pledge. Every 10 qualified friends earns 50 credits, through 100 friends: 500 credits maximum. Redeem 50 credits for one free entry at the lowest eligible open-game pledge tier. Rewards count toward five plays. No self-referrals or cash withdrawal.

Winner Stories
Only an account with a verified completed win can publish a Winner Story. Sharing a chosen public name, text and photo requires consent. Stories describe real past moments, not a promise that you will win.

Safety and responsible participation
Read each game’s age, location and eligibility rules. Participation is optional and wins are never guaranteed. Do not borrow to play or share passwords, receipts or claim tokens. Use only approved stores. Keep proof of cash payment and report disputes through your account.
Frequently asked questions
Does a Vendor Code prove I paid?
No. It identifies the store. Your entry needs its own one-time receipt or approved vendor confirmation. Check that your play is validated.
Can I have more than five plays?
No. Each player has a maximum of five active entries per game, including pending and reward entries. Rejected, cancelled, expired or refund-required entries release their slots.
Does watching the race change who wins?
No. The animation presents results already selected by the server. Neither a tap nor a vendor can choose a winner.
Are wins guaranteed?
No. Participation does not promise a prize. Read the game rules and eligibility requirements, and only use money you can afford to spend.
